the HSI display. I cant seem to find a tutorial on how to read this display, [particularly in an Airbus300 series or a 737. More particularly trying to land by using the glidescope display. I seem to have more and more pilots tell me that it's better to learn how to land manually rather than relying only on CAT 111 or Autoland.

Start with the basics. If you are getting overloaded go back to the basics. I'd recomend the 172 with the glass cockpit to get comfortable, then as you gain skills and confidence you can advance to higher performance aircraft. Just like the real world
