Shift ZZ

When flying and you want to see your frame rates pressing Shift ZZ brings up a line of text in the top left corner of the screen. It displays frame rate and fuel but what does the Gs stand for? In the Piper Cub it has 1.0 or 1.1 after it and it fluctuates.

In flying G meaning G-force or amount of stress you put on the aircraft and yourself of couse.
