Where to get the No CD Patch?

Does anybody know where I can pick the CD less start utility? I had to reinstall FS last night due to technical issues.

I know there was a posted note a while back but could not find it. I still have version 1 of FS 2004 and did not choose to update.

Can anybody help me Sad
