Wakaito Carrier and takeoff

Hi.. How do you get the aircraft in position for catapault takeoff on the
Wakaito carrier? There is no information in the installation that I could
find to accomplish this. Perhaps I missed something somewhere. I have
everything working but cannot find out how to get the aircraft even on
the deck somewhere. Help is much appreciated
