My favourite band has to be the band that I've seen live 5 times. Manic Street Preachers. James Dean Bradfield, the singer and guitarist of the band used to always visit and eat at my dad's restaurant when we lived in Wales. So did Gavin Henson, David James and quite a lot of famous people.

And this is true John Lennon at the Royal Variety Performance 😀 😀 😀

Twist and Shout was always the last number as it tore Johns' throat apart!

Good vids 🙂

Youtube is great for Beatles videos, I can waste hours looking at them lol

I've just finished reading their anthology book, took about 6 months to read but was really interesting.

Couldn't agree more. And this is how Beatlemania turned into Beatlephobia:

It was so ludicrous all that, all lennon meant was that to a lot of teenagers at the time, the Beatles were occupying more of their thoughts than Jesus Christ

It was a just a off the cuff remark to a local newspaper that got blown totally out of proportion

ONLY 1 BAND!!!!!
I used to do Peter Criss in a tribute band about 13 years ago.
KISS has been playing to SOLD OUT stadiums for in excess of 33 years, not too many bands can lay claim to that!
