Not sure where to post this.
As EditVoicePack for FSX doesn't currently allow new entries to be made in the voicepack, I was thinking of trying to edit it myself.
The only problem is that I am planning to decompile, add an entry, then rebuild the default FSX voicepack but isn't decompiling against the EULA?
This seems like the only way I can get at the files. I'm not editing the original MS files but just adding new files and rebuilding it with the originals.
Does EditVoicePack decompile the .gvp file or does it do something else?
