Can this be the reason for no Tool
My tool is not showing in task bar and I am trying to fix. Below are two photos of the SDK dll xml files, one on notepad from my install and the other is from the Insiders trouble shooter instructions. The insider file is slightly different where it say ( launch manual load false ). Do I need to change my file to reflect the same as the Insider file.
