K, I'm new. IS a repaint a full aircraft? Texture only is just that. It is only a texture for an aircraft you currently have. Right?

You are right: Texture, Repaint, Paint, Livery and Skin have the same meaning.
As you've probably figured out, if you download Textures, they won't fly - you'll need the appropriate aircraft for it 😉
The ReadMe file will usually tell you which aircraft is required.
