It sounds as if he can't go on with life until he gets his XBOX back.
I hope that he gets his XBOX back and nothing else. People are to sue happy these days.

On the converse side, in britain if you are out of your privately owned home - YOUR property, bought with your money, for 6 months, the government can take it from you!!! We've only just found out about this.
