More PMDG MD-11 Guide goodness
Awhile back I made a guide for the MD-11's FMC and people seemed to like it, so I went ahead and made another guide that starts with the rest of the preflight setup and takes you most of the way up to cruise flight. It's almost an hour long, so sorry for not being more concisie, but I hope it'll be helpful to people.
