Help needed with screenshots in Win7

I've just reinstalled FS9 onto Windows 7. I use FS flight keeper to log my files.
If I use a screenshot tool (imagetaker), all I end up with is a series showing my desktop with the open FSFK window. This is not the only time when I've taken screenshots in FS9 and ended up with a shot of my desktop. Any suggestions please?

I'm not positive that it works in W7 or 64bit but I use http://www.wisdom-soft.com/downloads/index.htm free.
