A computer os question

Here is another question. I am not sure of what to do here.

As of now, i have windows vista 64 with sp1. I also have FSX with Acceleration sp1 and sp2 installed on my computer. I just got a notice for a windows update (Windows Vista Service Pack 2 for x64-based Systems (KB948465) ). If i were to install this update. Do i need unstall everything FSX before i install the update? Or will i be ok just leave everything alone and do the update?
