Utilities
Hey there, if I wanted to start building my own airplanes and helicopters for FSX and FS9, what utility programs would I need to be able to do this?
For a certain length of time now, it has been my dream to add to the collection of sims and since I am not well versed in the graphic arts department and knowledgeable with the C++ code to do this are there any programs out there that will allow me to work in this environment and still not cost me an arm and a leg?

Radarman, thanks for the information. I will put these utilities to good use and make many helicopters and planes.
Hopefully as I get better at it-making aircraft- there will be some models that are now not currently available for FSX.
