Time rate question

Guys i am going to ask a silly question.

The time rate slider starts from 0 to unlimited. for best performance should it be under 20 or above 20 ?

frame rate you mean? If so, put it at 24-31 or unlimited. I prefer 30 locked.

For some reason unl. works best for performance but a set frame rate is smoother but not as fast.
