About to build my first Win7 professional (64bit) machine around an ASUS P8Z77-M / i5-3570K 3.4ghz ivybridge using only integrated HD graphics 4000 for 1920x1080x32bit HDMI video output.

Does MF play better on 64bit?

Does MF get 30fps+ on HD 4000 integrated graphic chipset?

As a general rule, you are better to get an external graphics card instead of an intergrated one.
