F-16 Panel that works

Has anyone found a panel that actually works for the Kirk Olsson F-16 Viper(s) in FSX. I have downloaded the panel that's on here (f16pnem2.zip) and it says FS2004/FSX, but it is apparently full of old gauges. I have downloaded a bunch of different Vipers, and they all seem to have the same deficient panels. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
