Customs intercept mission fsx opening video not showing.

Hi anyone, On FSX acceleration the customs intercept mission the opening video does not show it just takes me straight to the airport and I can only ask for a taxi permit. I can't even turn on the engines!! Please help me anybody I've had this problem for one year and can't find the answer! Crying or Very sad

Hello everyone, the person who asked this question, me i fixed my problem by uninstalling. The expansion pack and then reinstalling it. Thanks for your help anyway, cmacdaddy out
