I want to use these planes

I have downloaded the model it requires, but I want to fly them myself. I have a program that edits the .air files so you can fly the AI aircraft, but when I go to fly the planes, the preview pane is black. I tried hitting the fly now key, but it comes up the planes do not exist. Any suggestions?
Chris, this doesn't seem to be a full aircraft. It seems to be meant for AI use only, at least that's the way I interpret the read-me.
It's also made for 2002, why not e-mail the designer or PM someone like Elkin to see if he can help.
