FS2004 Real World Weather Problems Question

Hi, Does anybody know why the Real World Weather facility in FS2004 has stopped working please? For at least the last two months I have noticed how every time I attempt to download Real World Weather it has always produced the same results.

For the UK it has been giving me an area of high pressure over southern Ireland and a cold front moving away to the southeast. The description has also not changed from broken cloud with a visibility of ten miles. Many thanks in advance for any information and advice given as FS2004 without this facility is just not the same ...
