Radarman: Recycle Bin Problems
Remember how my recycle bin was fixed? It's full again! Now I believe what you said - Windows DOES do some wierd things!

Sometimes if it (Windows) gives you problems just reboot and try again, it forgets what it wanted to do previously.
Tens of millions of lines of code can't be 100% correct but they sure came close.
Starting FS9 empties it. 😂
That shouldn't happen but if it works for you then it's OK.
