X-Plane/X-Rotor

Hello, I am new to PC flight simulation and just recently got myself x-plane 10 with the add on of the AW139 helicopter from X-Rotor (64bit) installed. I fly the AW139 for real, but do not get enough IFR flying under my belt. To make a long story short, I am only interested in flying 3-4 different (airports) ILS procedures for practicing. However, I find a bit challenging setting it all up, since I am too clever with computers. Could anyone help me with my dilemma to set it all up or should I use a different program for all purpose of practicing ILS's only? thanks
