Drive designation problem

I just put in CFS 3 ib my Windows 10 pc with DX 10 and advanced vid card...the game keeps asking for drive E when my disk drive is D. Cant change drive to E...what do I do?

If you have the game on "C" then the disk has to be in the CD (DVD) drive.

My game is of course installed on C drive. But when you try to start the game it says it cant find it on Drive E...I dont have a Drive E snd cant change D to E as it is not in disk management selection. I cant rewrite the program start up so...whats next? thanks for your response...
