Ref: the flight info readings in the top left of the screen ie KIAS, Alt etc.

Is it possible to enlarge the lettering?

I have a large Dell UHD monitor but the red writing is very small.

Depending on your card.
Have you tried Control Panel-Display-Screen Resolution. At the bottom of the list
is: Make text and other items larger or smaller.
