It has become known that some add-ons designed for FSX will also work in the new flight simulator, Flight Sim World.
Users on various forums are also reporting the same. Mainly, scenery expansions seem to work without any problems and with only a small configuration change. However, aircraft seem a bit more tricky.
It seems basic aircraft will work (maybe with a few error message) but advanced aircraft such as those with an FMC or advanced VC using various external modules are likely not to work at this time. Perhaps the developers will update their products once more information about how FSW works is released (and possibly a proper SDK).

Thanks to Jack's FSX Videos for this write-up:
Some users have installed FSX scenery and aircraft into FSW the latest tweak is in the scenery config pointing it to your ORBX scenery for those that have it in FSX and it works.
I now have most of my ORBX scenery in FSW and some UK2000 airports but only the free version of UK2000 as I found my Xtrem payware CTD`s FSW, and now playing with Reshade in FSW.
