I'm loosing the Logbook again!

Any Idea how to get back my Logbook to my FSX SE ?
This is my 3rd or 4th time I just loose it!
ANY IDEA WHY?

The Sim will build a new one.

TNX ! I'll try it as soon as I get the totally lost FSX-SE game back from STEAM...some how it's rolling back to ZERO

The exe file doesn't work in WIN 10 ..or in mine ...
But now things are even badly : Lost all the Missions , the awards ...then Uninstalled the all FSX Steam files...from the five places in the PC (Steamapps, Documents, Progam Data, AppData\Roaming, AppData\Local...)...Downloaded it back from Zero..but things aren't work.
No Missions nor Logbook...
