ILS approaches no longer recognized by ATC

I very happily had just the two stock ILS approaches that were created, in ADE, when I added my runways. One for RWY 18 and one for RWY 36. ATC recognized them and AI followed them. Then I decided I wanted to add some more approaches, again using ADE, and my AI followed them, but I didn't like how they worked, so I deleted them all, leaving only my original two approaches, which I never touched.
Well, now, even though my two ILS approaches show up in ADE, all of my AI traffic use visual approaches and when I am approaching the airport my only choices are Visual 18 or Visual 36.
What would have caused my ILS approaches to disappear?
