Robin DR400 add on does not load in FSX Steam

I am having trouble installing a Robin DR400 with virtual cockpit

At best it shows up in my airplanes models in FSX with a question mark but I am not able to load the actual airplane.

Does anyone have tips where/how I can load a proper Robin DR400 aircraft with virtual cockpit?

The aircraft you are talking about is payware, contact the site you bought it.
