paid $55 subscription fee, but will not let me log in

Hello,
two weeks ago, I signed up for a new account and paid the $55 fee. I have never been able to sign in. Changing password option - i've never received any email allowing me to reset my password. Any suggestions ?

I am not able to change my password either.  Each time I try, I get a 404 error.  Tried multiple browsers.

I try reinstall c47 one month now I can not able to reinstall I paid 55.00 to
