email address already registered

Hi,
I just PayPalled the $5.00 fee and tried to register a nickname and password. I entered all the info and it sent a message saying the email address is already registered. I had a previous accont last year but cannot remember my name or password. I already emailed the "Team" Acounts people and hope they can handle my problem. I think It would be easier for flyaway to just ask for your email address instead of a user name as email addresses do not change as much as all of the millions of user names or nicknames. If there is a link to do such it would be awsome. Thanks 😕

I already emailed accounts dept. two days ago hoping they would reset my account so I could finish the registration process but nothing yet. Thanks anyways RadarMan

The e.mail is broke, every time i click the link for accounts, it comes up with page cannot open or something like that.

Did you check your junk folder for the "OK" and do you have Flyaway OK'd in the settings.
I know that their e-mails go to my bulk folder sometimes.
