Forgot password

Hi, I am trying to login to my account but forgot the password so I clicked on Recover Password that shows I'm supposed to get an email but I never got it. Tried seveeral times and checked my spam folder but NO email.
I emailed support but no reply after 24 hours.
Anybody else had this issue?
