Slow download speed

Hi all
I seem to banging on the same drum but why am I downloading at ~75K/sec? For reference, I average ~5M/sec with pretty much everything else that I download fom pretty much every other download from pretty much every other site, even X-Plane!
I am in Australia, West coast.
