frame rate help

hi everyone,
i know how to set the frame rate but for example if i set my frame rate to 80 fsp how do i find out what frame rate i am actually getting ? is there any keys that tells you the frame rate which ure game is playing?

Press "Shift+Z" two or three times in a rocker motion and you'll get two lines of information at the top of the screen.
