How do I get to my aircraft folder in fs2004. I have downloaded fs2002 aicraft (which seemed simpler) and now I am trying to download fs2004 aircraft. So how do I get to my aircraft folder?

Are you supposed to back the aircraft file up though?

Back an aircraft file up if you are changing it in some way, i.e. altering the configuration file etc, so that you can use the original if any cock ups occur. 😀

I followed TTT's instructions but the airplane that I downloaded does not appear in the select aircraft forlder. It is in the aircraft folder though. With all the gauges ect. in the right place. What am I missing?

Don't use a 2002 aircaft in 2004, some of them won't show up.

Try one from here that I know will show, it's the Aeronca Chief.

Is there any airplanes with automatic install or something like that? I am really anxious.

All the aircraft at DVA are excellent. They come with their own panels and sounds, all with great physics. They come with auto install as well, so all it involves is a double click and voila! Go to www.deltava.org and take the entrance test (Ill give you the answers if you want) and then use the great and varied aircraft 😀

But where were the downloads for that site. I went to it but couldn't find the downloads.

You need to make an account and sign up etc before you can download aircraft. Once you have done this, log in, and then under the Pilots Lounge subheading on the left, is a Pilot Center link, click it and then go to Fleet Library. Pick your aircraft from the top left. Have you completed the initiation test?

No. What is the initiation test?

I don't have an email address right now if that makes a differance?

The initiation test is a test of 10 questions that they give you, to show that you have a basic understanding of aviation etc. You do need an email address provided by your ISP, i.e. not Hotmail or Yahoo etc. Good Luck 😀

Not that I know of. There are probably other VA's, but they all require you to sign up with an email address. Sorry 😞
