Am I suposed to keep De-Ice on while I am in a jet @ fl 320?

ONLY if weather calls for it I.E. Iceing conditions in the clouds/snowstorms

Does icing actually occur in FS09? Other than having the pitot tube freeze on me a couple of times (and you know how painful that can be 😂 ) I have never seen ice accumulate. I fly in pretty much all conditions and season.
