downloading the F-4 Please reply TomtheTank

When I click on the file for the plane it says that it cant locate the Stub.exe file. Please help me!!!
I have a Compaq Presario, Pentium 3, and I have Cox High Speed Internet. I do what TomtheTank tells me to do and I do it, It dosent's work. I also downloaded a P-51 and an SR-71 but they didn't work either.
