Can anyone make me a favor?

Hello dear pilots! I am planning to make a veeeery long flight from Singapore to United States (WSSS-KEWR) It is a true flight. The flight number is SQ022. If you want more details just click on this link and write the information.

Anyway, what I want is the flight plan. I have the realistic waypoints of this flight and I want to put them in the Flight Planner, but the FS Flight Planner is not the best in the world. So I'm looking for somene that has a good flight planner (payware, if possible) that can make me a really huge favor. Put the following waypoints, make a flight plan, and save it. Then, I'd like to import that flight plan to the FS Flight Planner. Do you know what I mean?

Here's the waypoints:

Yeah, long flight, isn't it? The total flight time is 18h25m. That's going to be my longest flight! Very Happy But I need your help with the waypoints. It gets tiring to find all the waypoints if the FS Flight Planner.
I don't know how a payware flight planner works, but I hope someone can help me and make that flight plan for me.

Thanks in advance...

Hello Agus,

I can help you with this, and would use Flight Deck Commander 7.0, which allows advanced flight planning but can also save the plan as a standard file that can read by FS Planner (as long as it's correctly placed in the "Flight Simulator Files" folder that FS reads from.

However....... more info is needed.

Several of the Waypoints (mainly the NDBs like "DI" and "HA") are duplicates.... That is, there are a number of waypoints or navaids with that name).

So in order to construct the Flight Plan for you, I would need you to find out the first compass location numbers for of them (ie.... N32).

I know this may be a problem if you have just picked the flight plan up from a list or something..... but hopefully you can get more info.

If I had the beginning of the compass location (like... N32) I can select all of the correct waypoints and navaids from the Flight Planning software and construct the plan, so that you could use it in FS2004.

Let me know,

You would also need to find out the correct Waypoint name for KAMESHKIR, as per your flight plan.

"Kameshkir" is to many characters to be a valid waypoint - it sounds like a place name, so we'd need to find out the waypoint ID that relates to it.

That's all the information I have. I also have the distance, but I think that is not important.

Sorry, I messed up there. Every waypoint has its name. The name of the "OG" waypoint is RUSSKY KAMESHKIR. So KAMESHKIR is not a waypoint. I'm sorry. Embarassed

YOUR FLIGHT PLAN IS READY !!

I actually didn't need the locations after all as I was able to use "nearest fix" logic to determine the correct waypoints en route (where duplicate waypoints existed).

The Flight Plan is about 95% as per your request but 1 or 2 of the waypoints were invalid on the Flight Planning software that I used.

(This doesn't mean they are wrong - just that they not included in the waypoint data on the software).

Some of the ones that were not included are : BOXUD, KOKAD, MURAD and RIMDO.

I will send the file to your email now.

It is called:- IFR WSSS to KEWR

Make sure you place it in the "Flight Simulator Files" folder in your Documents and Settings.

I assume your going to fly it in the PSS A340 so good news is it will import the entire Flight Plan into the FMC ! (As long as it doesn't crash your system due to the size!).

Good luck with the flight !

Thank you, Pro-Sim!!! Thank you very much Exclamation I can't find more words to thank you. I really appreciate your work.
I'll take some pictures of that flight so I can show them to everyone.

Again, thank you sooooooo much!! You're the best! Cheers!

PS: I'm not going to use the PSS A340 because I only have the A340-200/300. I'll use the Simubuild model of the A340-500, which that's the right aircraft for that route. I could merge the PSS panel with the Simubuild model, but that's going to take a while and I want to fly that route now.
