why is my user status offline when I paid I was able to download yesterday and not today? Anyone knows why?

Did you try to log-in again, you can only download if you are signed in.

Yes and when I login it says account is offline. I don't understand why? I send the webmaster and email. do you have a link were I could login maybe what I use doesn't work

Use the same e-mail and check your deleted and junk folders for the return message.

Did you upgrade your Antivirus program cause that can sometimes effect how you search the internet.

I tried at work and home disable all firewall and norton antivirus but I soon as I login it show account status offline. I send them a email to the address you provided me thank you. Will just wait and see. I just can wait to get the a380. LOL
