Is it possible to do this in FS9? I saw this screenshot appear in the Random Image box, and decided ask on the forums to see if it's possible to do this.

Yeah, it's entirely possible, it isn't a failure per-say. When the person landed, they came down too hard on the nose gear

to do that, it's gotta be on. This doesn't happen very often. I'm one of the paranoid pilots that makes sure it never happens, i basically ride a wheelie out of the flare almost halfway through the stop

It often happens when you apply brakes too soon. DO NOT put on your brakes until your nose gear is on the ground.

It usually isnt the touchdown that screws you, it's hitting too hard on the main nose. or if you 3-point too hard, it'll do it.
