erj-145lr problem

hey i got the wilco erj-145 and whenever i fly it i get these error messages, can someone help me out? and sorry about the sizes

It sounds like the fault of the designer or something didn't get loaded.
Why not uninstall that aircraft and unzip it and install it again.
It is a 2004, I hope.
