how to configure the forcefeedback for a particular aircraft

I just bought F1 C172, and found that theres no force feedback when airborne. The joystick can move freely with no feedback and resistance at all. I have F1 Conquest 441, the force feedback is working, but still much weaker than the FS04 defaut models. I guess Flight1 has some problems with the feedback force in the air, but they all work perfectly on the ground. I think there must be a way to change the force feedback intensity. Please help.
