Teamspeak server

does anyone know how to set up a teamspeak server. i have spoken to teamspeak and they have told me that i do not need to pay for it which is good the only touble im having is trying to set up the server now. If anyone is nice enough to help me out that would be greatly apprichated.

Im also looking to host a Flight Simulator Multiplayer session using an IP but again im unsure as to how to set one of these up again could someone help me out.

Thank you for your time and befor anyone says anything im not advertising im just looking for help.

yo TTT Teamspeak is used by most hostes on zone.com for online flying. do u do much online flying?

I am also looking for the same, namely to set up a teamspeak server, but I have difficulties letting someone to connect, I have already been busy with opening the ports to the settings of my router, but still no connection is possible.
Can someone please help me out with the same problems? Thank you
