Where can i get ICAO charts for the UK and Europe? (ICAO is basically the taxi ways and runways and gets etc!)

Go to www.vateud.org and then select a country you want maps for. Go to their site (the specific vACC for the country). There you will usually find everything. Sceneries, charts, the works.
