Help with Hercules

Have downloaded Mike Stones C-130.
After take of as soon as I retract flaps the nose pitches up and the aircraft goes into stall no matter what controls are applied. If on AP the aircraft flys in a series of stalls and recovery. Anyone any ideas??

Not sure about that one...may want to check to make sure that the trim is set.

You shouldn't have to take off with flaps down either.

Empty weight of most Hercs is around 89,000 lbs (or so). Even with 50k gas, that puts you at 139,000 lbs. Unless you have a very high temp and density altitude, flaps aren't needed.
