Add-on installation software

I saw somewhere (but I can't find it now) that there was a software package that will automatically install your add-ons? Does anyone know where I can find this and if it works well?

Thanks

Addit Pro.

I have downloaded it, but haven't gotten around to installing it yet..so can't say anything about it except that I have never heard anything negative about the program.. Perhaps people who are using it could post their comments...

I've installed the software with little to no problems. The only concerns that I have are that it will only look for your files up to drive "I:". I happen to have a K: so I had to move everything to a CD. Overall, it installs pretty quickly once it finds the add-on files which I left in ZIP format.

I've purchased the shareware, but it does not automatically provide a registration key. The only problem here is that it won't allow me to install anymore add-ons until I get the key installed.

Well, it's payware, isn't it.

I know this is probably what you wanted to avoid in the first place - but, if you learn how to install manually that can be rewarding in itself Very Happy
If you haven't already done so, read these tutorials Arrow https://flyawaysimulation.com/knowledge/page/34/installing-addon-flight-simulator-downloads/

Flight Sim Manager will install down loads check out problems like missing gauges organize fleets and much more. You can down load the latest freeware at http://www.ranainside.com/

That said I usually down load manually if posible as you get a better idea of what is happening where. Checking out the readme on each package can be very educational as some require additonal down loads to make the package complete. Smile
