You can record from the game but it is jerky (4 FPS). I see you can set the frame rate in this one and it saves it in a format anyone could view. I may have to give it a try. Thanks.

You mean only sound?or videos with sound?
I downloaded it and thought it was quite reasonable for recording things, when i played it back it appeared to have recorded the sound at that time.
Compared to fraps, this doesnt have annoying ads along the top even although it is freeware.
