I was on eBay, and I saw this RAM, and I was wondering if someone could tell me how to find out if this would be compatible with my computer?

PC1600 RAM is pretty slow by today's standards. Most of today's computers are using PC3200 or better. Assuming your computer will use it, if you are adding it to a system that has PC3200, you effectively slow the computer down to PC1600.

Besides making sure that the RAM you are buying is compatible with the RAM you already have, is there anything else you need to know or make sure is compatible?
