F-111A Wing Sweep Control?

I'm writing a book and want to share a simulation video of a double engine flameout I had in the F-111.  I downloaded the X-Plane version but can't figure out how to sweep the wings.  I also find the control sensitivity very difficult.  I can only see the interior panels on my main screen as well.
