Flying Tram- Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony
Did you guys watch the opening ceremony of the Commonwealth Games last night in Melbourne, Australia?
The centre piece at the NCG Stadium was a "No. 8 suburban tram, wings flapping, lights blinking, sparks flying, gliding from the South Stand roof in to land on the middle of the stage"
It was great to watch, but of course it led me to think- wouldn't it be awesome to have one of these as an aircraft in flightsim!?!? It could be used to re-create the flight with the Melbourne CBD scenery included in VOZ, or anywhere you wanna fly it in the world- it would sure make some magical screenies 😉
All we need now is for someone with the know-how to make us one!
