Not realistic within cockpit, seat belt sign

I took off the plane and my copilot tell me that I should switch off seat belt sign. I don't do this, seat belt sign stay at ON but stewardess tell to passengers that pilot turned off seat belt sign and that passengers can go freely within plane.
How can I make this issue more realistic: that stewardess tell passengers to take off seat belt when I turn off seat belt sign?
