Should be on the knee board information within FSX, and in the Learning Center.

The CRJ-700, like all aircraft, has varying take-off and landing speeds depending on several factors such as weight, altitude, and environmental conditions. However, I can provide you with some general figures that can be useful for flight simulation purposes.

  • V1 (Decision Speed): This is where the decision to continue the takeoff or abort is made. It varies largely based on weight but can be around 115-130 knots.
  • VR (Rotation Speed): At this speed, the nose of the aircraft is lifted off the ground. It's typically around 120-135 knots.
  • V2 (Takeoff Safety Speed): This is the minimum speed at which the aircraft can safely climb with one engine inoperative. You're looking at roughly 125-145 knots.

For landings:

  • Vref (Reference Speed): This is the speed you want to aim for during final approach. It's based on the aircraft's weight and flap setting, but for the CRJ-700, it often lies between 115-125 knots.

It's essential to consult the aircraft's performance charts for precise numbers, especially if you're aiming for realistic operations. Moreover, while these figures are primarily for Microsoft Flight Simulator X's rendition of the CRJ-700, similar V-speeds can be applied in both Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020) and X-Plane 12, provided the aircraft model in these platforms is accurately simulated.

I hope this helps! Always cross-check with official performance data when in doubt and FAA's resources can be a treasure trove.

Safe skies!
